HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
** Only approved returns are listed under the My Returns tab. You can track return requests you have just started but that are not yet approved through the e-mail and SMS notification messages sent to you.
** Products in the hygienic product groups such as underwear, swim & beachwear, socks and perfumes, as well as items purchased from the trousseau set and nightwear categories, are shipped in sealed packaging, so they cannot be exchanged or returned in accordance with the relevant law and regulation.
